Not for me. some of the supps. are pretty good but some of the others do nothing for me ,starting with no focus, very little energy 100 mills. of caffeine not enough for me focus, I don't know what is in there for the focus.Glycocarn for pumps it does not do much for me.This product seems somewhat outdated,there are other new supps,like agmatine sulfate which is the new pump product that seems popular now.but if you are sensitive to stimms,and looking for something inexpensive it may work for you.

Great!
Not quite as effective as the ready-to-drink, but it still gives me that fun Beta-Alanine tingle that makes me want to either lift something heavy or break something. I love this stuff!

great pre workout for when you want to sweat bullets. makes you feel alert, and ready for anything. try taking some of this stuff then doing Insanity. ;)

Effective Pre-Workout Supplement
They really should change the name of the Xtreme Shock Pro-Series powder, to differentiate it from the Xtreme Shock bottled drink. These are really entirely different products. Even the flavors are different.The powder contains creatine, a popular nutrient for bodybuilding. The bottled drink contains glucuronolactone and taurine, like that popular drink which is supposed to "give you wings." (If that's true, then Xtreme Shock is like strapping on a jet-pack!)There are other ingredient differences as well. As a matter of fact, the beta-alanine, niacin, and caffeine are about all the two have in common. The bottles might provide you with an extra boost before a workout, but the Pro-Series powder is MUCH more effective as a true pre-workout supplement.This product has helped me get a lot more from my workouts. The formula is just right, providing an energy boost and the increased stamina needed to get the most out of a workout.Note: I have yet to try all of the flavors. The watermelon is great though.
