Bright Baby Touch & Feel Boxed Set

By far, this is the best touch and feel book I have seen. The textured areas are large, the material is nice and not skimpy like some other ones (The DK series for instance), the books are aesthetically well designed (not too busy), the rhymes are great. I originally bought the DK Baby Touch and Feel series, which was pricey at 5.99 a pop. My now 7 month old baby liked it well enough but the text was all over the place. It just had random words that had no value add to the topic of the books. (Things like "Hooray!" "Stack 'em up!" These are not really conducive to reading skills for toddlers later on. They are just extra sounds and effects that any parent can add on their own.) By contrast, the rhymes in this series is much more educational and even for infants like mine, he will enjoy the rhythmic intonations as I read to him. I was really disappointed in the quality too of the DK series. The fabric and patterns used was cheap, uninteresting, and so small. You'd think that the whole purpose of a touch and feel book is to have a nice large area for little hands to feel. Instead, it became a "fingertip only" type of deal. If you are looking for great quality and lower price, I highly highly recommend this set over the DK Baby Touch and Feel. I ordered this series and the On the Farm set and was blown away by the much better quality and affordable price! Five stars!

I bought these books for my 8 month old son. He enjoys looking at books. Great for sensory skills! I always like to read to him and he knows where to feel and touch the pages. Highly recommend for babies to help with their sensory skills.

Such a cute little book for toddlers very well made

These are really great starter books with a variety of textures for your little one to experience. Our daughter is 3 months old, and she seems to really enjoy feeling each page. There’s a good variety of textures from book to book, so it keeps things interesting.

This is a decent set. Some are the same animals in the different books. But cute and worth the couple bucks.

Really nice colorful bookset for my 1 year old granddaughter that moved to feel things.

I bought these for my first granddaughter! I decided to give her the gift of books!!! For my daughters baby shower I bought her a ton of books...I personally feel they are the best gift you can give a child! Every child loves touch and feel books.... this is a great addition to any Childs home library!

I bought this as part of a baby shower gift. I am assuming much, but it seems like a pleasant book series for a little baby. The book board is quality and strong, the textiles soft, and the colours bright. I would ask the child, but they are currently unavailable, having not yet been born. :)

Nice, new books, yes some of the pages are repeated with different rhymes in other books. As others have said, some of the sequins could be a hazard for young babies/kids but in my books, the gold fish scales were printed rather than stuck on sequins, as are the glitter on the lizard. I’m sure my baby will love this as she grows.
