waste of time and money
this polishing media kit is a complete waste of time and money. Save yourself some headache and get a quality product even if it more expensive. The quantity of coarse grit is woefully insufficient for basic shaping. The medium grit and polish powders have little to no effect as far as I can tell. the plastic bead media is infuriating, fiddly, and near impossible to handle. I used all the products in this kit completely and according to instructions and only achieved disappointing results. After trying Poly Plastic brand I got immediate and excellent results. Don't waste your money and times waiting to find out what I already learned. Dan&Darci rock tumbler grit is terrible. Worse than terrible if you wanna take into consideration the time and effort spent tumbling.

Everything you need in one package
The media could not be loaded. Well what can I say I run each grit #1 through 4 for 8 days each and then finish them with gel foam for 5 days and get nice shiny rocks …that’s all I wanted …the price is reasonable and all in one package..I just use the recommended amount of grit per cycle..easy enough…

High Hopes
I have not used the grit yet, but I've been polishing rocks for years and this grit was a good price and how different could grit be? It comes in sturdy little containers so that you can use what you need and close the lid and not worry about spillage. My first shipment never arrived so they very kindly notified me first of a delay then when it never arrived, they again very kindly asked if I wanted a refund or another shipment. I liked that fact that this is an American small company so I asked for a re-order. I'm sure I will not be disappointed.

Have used this for several rocks. The process takes time, enjoy seeing the result after each step is completed.
