I like the smell of this product and it is a great conditioner. It is a thick consistency and I use it everytime I shower after my shampoo. Would recommend.

I really like the conditioner. I was trying to find a duplicate to the conditioner you get with hair color. It's actually pretty close.

Don’t like it.

To begin with, a good amount of the product was spilled out into the bag when I received it. Paying for a product and not getting all you paid for (or at least being able to use it all) can be frustrating. I also noticed that compared to other conditioners I have used, my hair did not feel soft. There was essentially no difference in my hair when I used this product versus when I didn't use conditioner at all. My hair doesn't look shinier or healthier, and it is just as likely to tangle. The upsides to this product are the price compared to other conditioners, the nice smell, and the ingredients which seem to be less harsh than some other brands.
