I thought Sodium Lauryl Sulfate is a bad ingredient and not usually present in natural products. How is your product different from commercial stuff?

Thank you for using our detergent and asking about the sodium lauryl sulfate we use in our products. We use a plant-based sodium lauryl sulfate, made from coconut or palm oil. It's almost identical to the sodium coco sulfate other natural companies use. We do not use petroleum based ethoxylated surfactants or SLES and are therefore 1,4 dioxane (carcinogen) free, which is why you hear concerns about SLS or SLES. Plant-based SLS has a superior environmental profile as its renewable carbon index is 100%, it is biodegradable, and does not bioaccumulate in aquatic or terrestrial wildlife. Can all 7th Generation detergents be used in HE washers?

Is it safe to use with cloth diapers?

I believe after doing my research on the chemicals that contain in this stuff I find it to be very unsafe to one's self....I have tried contacting this company and left a number and to no avail to responds back because I wanted to inform them that the chemicals in their product I found after research is not healthy ....but this is my opinion to each their own me I would not own this product when it contains sodium lauryl sulfate...methylisothiazolinone...bezisothiazolinone...and a few other chemicals which if you go and do some research you will fine like I did this is not healthy ...plus I went to look up for seventh generation to see if there was any problems with passing the toxically and there was ....so for me I shall pass until I can find something much more safer.....like I have said to each their own if they want to use this product but for me no and after not getting a response back made me wonder as well ....Please do your research as I have and then you can truly make your decision ...sodium lauryl sulfate let alone is in most tooth paste and that's not a good thing as well with that being said ....I did find a holistic way with out harmful chemicals for tooth paste coconut oil combine equal parts with baking soda amazing results.....Still searching for a chemical free safe product its out there just have to do more research....

does anyone recommend this for whites?
