The best!
I've tried many heat protectants and this is the one I've stuck with. It's aerosol and works best in my opinion as you don't get any leftover residue. Not sticky. Has a pretty strong smell but dissipates rather quickly. Works great for intended purpose and seems to help extend the style whether straightening or curling.

Well worth the money
I've used this product for several years and was unable to locate it in our local store. I have fine hair so I appreciate a product that is not heavy or oily. This one fits the bill for me.

The Best!
I have used a flat iron when I style my hair, on wash hair days, for 22 years. I have tried A LOT of heat protectants. This is the best by far! Wish I would have discovered it a long time ago. It has done wonders for my fine, kinda curly, frizzy, post menopausal hair. Leaves it silky & shiny. When I curl my hair for special occasions, this product works great with all of my different irons as well. Smells good to me and I am very sensitive to Scents. I pray it never gets reformulated, discontinued, or price increased.

To the review zoning in on Sd Alcohol 40 B as broadly toxic.. did you even read the website you grabbed that from? That "toxicity" is not exclusive to Sd Alcohol 40 B, it's just a general statement about ethanol. Like, yeah. Alcohol is toxic and people shouldn't drink it lol. So as with ALL products that contain alcohol- try not to drink this stuff and you'll be ok. Also this particular chemical scored really well as being "safe". Not sure about all the other ingredients tbf but this one just seemed like such an odd choice to try and paint as some sort of smoking gun. Anyhow on to my review: I've used BTZs other heat protectant spray (Turn Up The Heat) for years since I liked the castor oil to help combat frizz (I have super curly coarse hair) but now that I've tried this- instant switch. It's lightweight, smells good (didnt expect that), gave me a slightly better finish and is half the price
