The taste is much better than other electrolyte dry powders. It keeps you hydrated working in the sun, playing outdoors in the sun and gardening. My husband worked all summer in the above 90• weather. This product kept him going all day. He doesn’t drink plain water normally, but the electrolytes tasted great to him. Great drink to rehydrate you annd boost your electrolytes if you have been out in the heat or exercising. I love the taste of the berry flavor. It dissolves quickly in your water. Great value, it breaks down to just under $1 a day (when you drink one a day). My favorite of all the sport and powdered drinks.
