With this suit, in addition to higher protein intake and consistent training, I have improved so much so fast! My speed had increased without a doubt. I box and this suit helps correct form better than anything I've tried so far. It forces you to use certain muscles which normally aren't being used but should be to perform tasks. Make sure to check out what's included because there are different versions which come with different parts and amounts of resistance. Beware when you buy this product because it doesn't give you the proper pictures. It has false advertisement and then they Promise me a full refund, which they never gave. They actually gave me less than 80% refund which is Guarantee in their policy. Just be aware when you buy this thing it ain't worth it. It says it can do up to 200 pounds but they don't even apply all the material for it, As well as, you can't purchase the other stuff anywhere else.
