    Great Flavor Enhancer

This is all pretty subjective and I am definitely not a culinary expert.  I personally do not like the strong malted flavor of other soy sauces but I really like the more subtle flavor of this sauce. Besides “Chinese” food (fresh hot Jasmine rice, a little butter and soy sauce is to die for!), I really like this sauce on chicken, turkey, beef and pork, especially if it’s a little dry. I grew up with this soy sauce in our house and was really disappointed when our local box and grocery stores stopped selling this. So, I did what I’m doing more and more often, see if I can find it on Amazon, and I’m glad I did, I am whole again.
