I am still waiting for proof of that. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've tried many different fig cakes... *by D***N on July 24, 2019* I have tried many different fig cakes in my life, and though this is not the moistest fig cake I've ever had, it is certainly in my top 3 as far as the flavor. I was quite surprised, really. The only 2 ingredients are Pajarero figs and Marcona almonds, YET the flavor is better than many others I have had where they have added spices. The almonds are whole, and the figs seem to be crudely pressed...I've never seen such a simple rendition, however it is very delicious, enough to accept this idiosyncrasy.
