I had my older Miele washing machine for just over 16 years still had life left but getting noisey towards the end This new washing machine is very quiet in comparison which what you expect,it has lots more features and connectivity to WiFi and a mobile phone app overall Happy with my purchase and lastly washes clothes brilliantly well

I always buy Miele products where possible because they are good quality and long lasting my last washing machine at 15 years old is still going and is at another house.I love the new machine and I really like the fact you can download and use from the App, if i am away from the machine it sends a message to say it has finished.Easy to use manually also, I have used almost all the settings. Clothes seem to come out cleaner than others it is a big drum which I prefer loving this new machine and hope it lasts as long as my other very impressed so far. If you can afford to spend that little bit more in my opinion it is well worth it as they are made to last unlike cheaper appliances. I like Miele products so I am a big fan.

First Miele product I've bought under the recommendation of my wife's family. My Candy sadly gave up the ghost after 6 years of very heavy use. The first thing you notice is just how quiet this machine is in comparison. The 20 minute wash took........20 minutes tadaaa! The old Candy had a quick wash function too 14 minutes which took 30! Very impressed with build quality, aesthetics and functionality. Expensive but hopefully you get what you pay for. Delivery was super quick. Ordered Monday morning, delivered Wednesday morning by two very pleasant chaps.

For most of my life I've bought washing machines that were much cheaper because I thought nobody with any sense could possibly buy a washing machine costing more than £800. But this Miele washing machine performs far better than my Bosch machines ever did, and has more options, and (perhaps not really necessary) can communicate with my wireless network and tell my phone or iPhone that the wash has finished. And it came with a 10 year guarantee but you have to register for it, not just rely on your purchase invoice.I think the machine has been designed, in its default settings, to use as little water as possible. Sometimes when the programme has finished there might still be signs of soap suds on the clothes. In the "Settings" menu you can cure this by opting for "Maximum Rinse Level" which they say is important for allergy sufferers. Once set, you don't have to do it again and it applies to all the washes and gives excellent rinsing results. There are several other useful configurable options. "Which" gives all Miele washing machines enthusiastic reviews - the mystery for me is why there are quite so many different models and what possible advantage one has over another. I ended up buying this one because it was the only one of the reviewed models that I could find on Amazon, with the reliable delivery service I like from Amazon.

It took me a while to work out how to use this but, like most things, it's easy when you know how. I'm really pleased with the quality of the wash and the quietness of the machine. The only real disadvantage is that the door opens the wrong way for me and it's impossible to change, making loading and unloading awkward in a small space. The hinge is on the right as you look at it.

I've had a number of washing machines over the decades. The last one was a Bosch, which was pretty good and easily repairable with parts. But this is on another level... Expensive ..YES..BUT the cleaning is amazing, it's very quiet and works incredibly well.

Extremely quiet washing machine, easy to set up and level. Good choice of programmes and energy efficient.Shame we weren't notified the day before that it was arriving Sat and not following Mon. Delivery driver and assistant with poor/no PPE. Only one wearing a facemask or any form of protection.
