NOW Supplements, ADAM™ Men's Multivitamin, 90 Softgels

I'm on my second bottle of Adam men's multivitamin and plan to keep it up with this brand. When I received the first bottle, I was concerned at how large the pills were, but they're very slippery and shaped to go down easily. I was surprised at how easy they are to swallow, going down easier than the small mini-fish oil capsules I also take. There are other comments about this brand of pills being oily which makes sense. Inside each capsule there is like a thick paste of vitamins, so if one or more of the capsules leaked, that could make the rest of them seem oily. Luckily neither of my bottles had any oily pills. If the label is correct (and there is no reason to doubt it...I've used NOW supplements before) these vitamins pack a lot into two large, daily capsules. I personally add on small doses of magnesium, zinc, creatine and fish oil but that's just me. I believe if you only took the ADAM vitamins you'd be covered. If you wanted to boost certain other vitamins, read the labels carefully and do your research to make sure you're not getting dangerously high amounts of anything, because these ADAM multivitamins are very complete daily support for most men.

Good supplement. I don't suddenly feel like Popeye when I take them, but I don't have any side effects either. It's a big pill but swallows easily. Have never had any broken tablets or indigestion.

Won't buy supplements from anywhere else. US company with ISO (International Standards Org.) and cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) certifications, meaning they are regularly independently audited by Quality Systems auditors. Having a cGMP facility claim is NOT the same thing. What is delivered can be relied on to be what it's advertised to be, unlike a whole host of other products found here on Amazon.

I wanted to like this multivitamin, but it was a terrible fit for me. After taking it, I developed significant stomach upset. Once I stopped taking it, my stomach settled down. I’ve used other multivitamins without this problem, so I won’t be taking ADAM again. Definitely not worth it for me!

Le compré esta multivitaminas a mi esposo pero una de las cosas mejores que tiene es que es en gel y su absorción es mejor. Ya anteriormente las había comprado y le gustaron tanto que volví a ordenar otro pote. En fin tiñe todo lo que necesita al día en vitaminas.

I live in Japan, and they don't sell anything like this stuff. Take two teaspoons a day, and you will never have a problem! The package works really well, but I removed the pour spout so I could get my teaspoon in easier. I take it every night with a small cup of water, but I can also have it in my tea, fruit juice, coffee, and any other drink. There is no flavor, so you can put it in anything and it will taste exactly the same! Hell you could even have a glass of wine it.
