A good daily supplement for aging joints
I’ve been taking Move Free Advanced for almost a year now to help with my knees and joints as I get older. It doesn’t make the pain disappear completely, but it really helps with stiffness and makes it easier for me to move around day to day, especially when walking or going up and down stairs. I like that it contains glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM, since these are commonly used for joint and cartilage support. I feel my joints are less “tight” than before and overall more comfortable. The tablets are not too big and easy to swallow, and I haven’t had any stomach problems taking them daily. For me, it’s a simple and reliable supplement for long-term joint care.
