Futurebiotics CLA 3000 Extra High Potency - Non-Stimulating Conjugated Linoleic Acid, Non GMO, 120 Softgels

I like the quality of this brand a lot, I take these with my fish oil softgels in the morning which contain omega 3. CLA is an omega 6 and I like having a healthy balance of the 2. They’re not too big, no bigger than a normal fish oil capsule. I do believe these work but will continue to take them as apart of having a healthy diet while incorporating a little bit of weight management into my regime.

These pills have been a perfect addition to my supplement game. I firmly believe they have helped shape my body after an extended vacation. Taking them, in addition to my normal workout, seems to be working more quickly to get my body back where I had hoped it would be quickly. The pill is a bit large, and I can't swallow both at once, but they are not difficult to swallow. I'm loving this brand, can't wait to try more of their products.

With a good diet and exercise, I’ve developed more lean muscle mass with the help of CLA. I recommend taking them with food and not all at once as they can cause some stomach upset

I LOVE CLA 3000 and have tried it from many different supplement companies and absolutely love this one. You don’t get a weird supplement taste when swallowing it and I’ve had no adverse reactions which leads to me to believe what they put on the label is exactly what’s in the pill, unlike other companies. I’ll be ordering from Futurebiotics again when I start to run low!

This product has an obvious, odd aftertaste that I kept burping up. They were gigantic. I can't review results accurately because I was very eager to start a diet without consulting my doctor, which caused a drug interaction. Be aware, not ignorant like me.
