Guys, this is the best book for maths. I must say it will not provide you with the most advance questions for competitive exams, but it definitely serves the purpose which is build your foundation. Trust me you all, i had this huge fear of maths and i thought i could not do it coz i don't have the ability to comprehend it.. But that was not the problem. I never really paid attention to the basics, that lead to mu failure to attempt questions in the logical manner. I missed some crucial basics, which was undone with this book. I could learn almost everything that include functioning of mathematics. It will surely remove the fear of maths.. Rest one can always practice from various other sources once concrete foundation is established.

Not original printing but good for reading
Today, I received this book, it contains what I needed, but the book print quality is bad and little bit brighter. I suggest you guys buy it from the shop.

Excellent
I've got this book.. It seems a guide for beginners but i found out that it's for beginners as well as for those experts.. Very essential for Ssc and Group B Gazette and non Gazette exams, LDC for states exams... It covers a wide and diverse range of topics plus tricky and twisted questions in every chapter.. Along with very easy questions at the beginning of evry chapter to learn basic foundation.... Go for this book after completion you can go for S chand publication which has more problems to solve.. But this book should be first look at it..
