Works a treat but needed extra sticky tape to secure it safely

Opened one of these to use but the sticky part wasn’t that great. Didn’t not stay in place. Disappointed with order

I found it extremely difficult to do this myself. I needed someone to do it for me as my arms can't reach. And I DONT have anyone so another waste if money

These really work for me for pain in my lower back. I know the product says for shoulder and neck but I find them much better than the square back pain patches. These come in 4 smaller heat patches in each patch. They stay warm for hours approximately 8-10 hours and I think that’s so good and an excellent price. I wanted to buy more as I have a long standing back problem but I could only buy 7 packs. I hope the seller does this offer again as I will definitely be buying them again. 10/10

A lot of these other reviews are misleading, the strip is not meant to be fully sticky, only the edges stick to your skin. The patches are air activated when you open the pouch not when you peel the sticky back off.

The product was supposed to warm your neck foe 16 hours.Ihad my collar on for 4 hours and it was barely warm.I ordered 2 boxes containing 6 collars i wish to return one box of 3 collsrs unopened.Ifeel these are not good value for my money.
