This is the only brand of vitamins I will buy. The product is a pure calcium that my body responds favorably too. The constant replenishment of calcium is very noticeable. Easy to digest and capsules are small enough to be tolerated. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be one!

I am taking this supplement additionally beside my daily multivitamin supplement and magnesium for about 3 months, it really helps with my leg cramps at night I used to have frequently. This calcium really does protect the bones ! How do I know? Well, in January I fell in my garage. I landed on a rug over the cement floor. I broke my hip. When I got out of the hospital, a friend recommended this product to me. She said she had been taking it for about a year, after several falls that left her with broken bones every time. Her doctor recommended she start taking this particular calcium because it really does absorb well. She has not had any broken bones in a year, and she still falls sometimes. Just last week I tripped on a cord in my garage and went flying and landed directly on the cement floor on my stomach. Nothing was broken. My knee was hurting since it hit the cement floor first, but nothing was broken. Once I got inside, I took my red emergency Yunnan Baiyao pill right away. Then about an hour later I put 6 tiny arnica pills under my tongue ( I buy the little 3 pack from Amazon), and then I began icing my knee. No bruise, but still tender. I would have probably broken that knee or that hip with the way I landed if I had not been taking this calcium. Ladies, especially seniors, order it NOW and take one everyday with breakfast and another after dinner. Be religious about taking them. It works and you will be thankful that you have been taking them if you do fall. This is cheap insurance. We hope we never fall, but stuff happens. With several months of this in your bones and you should be OK if you do fall. This is the first time I have actually seen a supplement actually work the way it should.
