Will this work for 20 oz bottles?

No. The valve is different on my 20 oz bottle and the straw would be too small. These appear to be made just for the child size bottles.

Is this for the eddy kids 14oz bottle?

Yes, kids design has a pull through bite valve so they dont rip the tip off and pour the water out, rather than just the external nipple of the adult tops. However if you want it for a larger volume bottle the tops are intetchangable and the kids straw slides inside the adult straw so you can put a kids top on an existing adult sized bottle
