Machine Wire Types & Processing Sizes This ALL-IN-ONE copper recovery design makes stripping your copper wire efficient & easy! There are so many machines out there that specialize in stripping a specific wire type or a limited range of wire sizes. The CT-520 is your industrial wire stripping solution providing you with the largest copper wire stripping range capacity in a single unit. On the far right side of the machine you can simply choose the hole that is one size larger than the wire you are processing and let the machine do the rest of the work. It is that simple! On the far left side of the machine you can manually set your blade depth and drive gears to a variety of steel or aluminum BX Cables. In the middle you can process anything in between up to 4-1/2" in diameter. This robust machine is the ultimate wire stripper for electricians, scrap yards, demo contractors, residential hobbyists, commercial companies, or corporations. Power: 3-Phase or Single Phase 240VAC This Industrial grade powerful machine comes standard 3-Phase 208-220VAC. If you do not have 3-Phase power, no need to worry, we do offer an optional Single Phase 240VAC power option as well. Electricians are required to hard wire this machine. Use the machine at a residential or commercial location. A designated 15A or with optional single phase 30A breaker is required. Easy Mobility Need to relocate your machine after it has been removed from the pallet? No problem, our wire stripper can easily be rolled around your garage or shop! Industrial heavy duty caster wheels are fixed to the machines frame making for easy mobility. Feeding the Machine Select the channel that is appropriate for the wire size you are trying to strip. Insert the wire and let the machine do the rest of the work. Manual adjustments are required for the large cable channels and BX channels. The tension handles allow you to set the optimal pressure exerted from the top shafts onto the wire. A nice sharp blade allows your wire to cut with ease.
