Great Product, Great customer service
I have to admit that I was hesitant to pay this much for any piece of kitchen equipment, but am I glad I did. This is wonderful. When it arrived, there was a damaged part. One phone call to customer service and the part was replaced. This processed all my Roma tomatoes as fast as they could be feed into the hopper. Made my job so much easier. If you are not sure if you should or not buy this, please get it. YOU WILL BE SO HAPPY YOU DID. GREAT ITEM, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Great purchase!
Juices tomatoes like a champ! We have a large garden and would juice 2 five gallon buckets in less than 20 minutes. It would have been faster, but my wife couldn't keep up with cutting the tomatoes. Great long term purchase if you plant a garden every year!

Amazing!!!
I have tried numerous brands, this machine is amazing. I hope it works for years to come. Processing tomatoes for sauce is so much more enjoyable and less time consuming. I love this!!

If you're making sauce, this is the "Machina"
We always had a Riber machine in our family. They last forever if you do the needful maintenance. My mom's old machine burned out because we didn't put gear oil in it. My goomba Rosario gave me an old Riber that I used last year. The newer ones are so much smaller which does the job and doesn't take up a lot of space in the garage where it will sit for the other 364 days of the year. If you are making tomato sauce, this is the machine you need to use.

I THOUGHT THIS WAS LIVING IN THE USA?
If Amazon is selling items from other countries, the manufacture needs to make sure instructions are in the English Language, I don't need Italian, Asian, Hispanic, I only need English!I had to search until I reached page 43 on getting the correct English manual instructions. The manufacturer should have separate manual instructions for each country/origin; their product is ordered from. The picture diagram, CONFUSING???? Page 10 was the actual item I purchased, but the assembling, is on page 9???? REALLY. (At least I'm hoping it is correct)?I spent good money for this, it should not be aggravating, to figure out how to get the product assembled correctly.I've spent been over an hour just trying to figure out where the correct language manual was and how to assemble it. I don't know yet, how it's going to do the job that I need it to do. I don't normally leave reviews, even if I've had bad experiences with products I've purchased. But this bothers me that something simple, they make it so hard?

The first unit worked as described but had an issue that needed addressing let's just say that they stand behind the product and will not disappoint you if you run into a problem
I normally don't write about a company and their services but if you are shopping for one of these units rest assured that based on their customer service and going above and beyond what they needed to do 5 stars is actually not enough here. Let's face it not everything is made perfectly every single time or company's would not have a customer service department. These units are solid workhorses and dependable but what I look for is how a company responds to you when something doesn't go perfectly. The first unit worked as described but had an issue that needed addressing let's just say that they stand behind the product and will not disappoint you if you run into a problem. As for the unit itself a great machine you will have for a lifetime. I grew up making tomato sauce and this machine did what would have taken me the whole day with my old unit only took only 3 hours. 8 bushels of tomatoes and it squeezed ever drop of tomato out. If you want a powerful machine this is the one but if customer service is a deciding factor then look no further.BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Molto Bene!
Several years now my husband and I have used his Italian fathers manual food mill to can tomato sauce and tomato soup. This year we decided to move into modern times (haha), so we purchased this electric food mill. All my husband can say is “Molto Bene” or very good in Italian. We were able to press our tomatoes in half the time as the old method and canned our yummy sauce and soup. We are super super happy with our purchase and definitely recommend!

Fast Raw Process
I canned 90 lbs of tomatoes in 4 days breaking the segments up into 45lbs at a time. This machine works good but not amazing at separating all seeds. I’m not worried about a few seeds because it separates all of the skin which is most important to prevent botulism when canning. I double stack pressure can, steam & water bath can. This time I made tomato sauce out of a mix of tomatoes with mostly Roma tomatoes from my garden. The process would have taken so very much longer in cookers all over the house. Not interested! Reducing the tomatoes into tomato juice isn’t interesting to me but is to a lot of people. I don’t think it took an hour to run 45lbs of tomatoes through the hopper; does not including the time to clean & quarter tomatoes. My tip; I soak the tomatoes in an ex-large stock pot with 1TBSP of baking soda to remove any Neem oil, Seven or any organic or other pesticides that may be left on the vegetables. Labels say their products are safe after a number of days but I like them clean. I slosh tomatoes or vegetables around a bit & get other stuff ready to process. I have more tomatoes to process as well as apples for applesauce with this machine. It makes the job so easy!!! My tip for applesauce; use it instead of oil when baking for moist texture or cut oil to ¼ to ⅛ of recipe. Like banana bread. Try it.
