Good quality bulbs from a respected company
The bulbs arrived on time, were well packaged and appear to work well. Soon we will replace these with LED lights to save a lot of wasted energy but we need new fitments in the common parts of the flats, which is now being addressed. In the meantime, Crompton Shop can happily supply us with these dated lights which may soon go out of circulation. They are no doubt happy to be able to sell them off and we are happy that we can still source them. Symbiosis of a kind!

Best price we could find! At this price as long as 8 of 10 work we are STILL quids in.
Just a pack of generic light "tubes" that fit our bathroom light fixtures (behind a splashproof cover, of course!) I would have preferred a warmer white (2500K-3000k), but at this price, I am happy enough. I will probably replace the light fittings with something more modern in the future, but for now these "tubes" will do me just fine. Last time I bought a box of 10 "tubes", of a different make (!), only 9 worked. So I factor that in to my buying decision. But with the price of these Crompton "tubes" being SO much lower than other available choices at the moment, I will be delighted if 8 or more work. [I bought them for "spare", so I have not actually used any yet - i like a few "spares" on hand BEFORE the previous "tube" fails on a Sunday evening (just after the shops close, LOL)

Light bulbs
Price is high for what I got i would of expected to get branded bulbs and not ones in orange box(which look like genric brand), but the box i was expecting is crompton labeling on box like photo below unable test until one bulbs runs out

That they suited the purposw
They were for blocks of flats I manage for local council as our usual supplier folded in pandemic. Only issue is they are a lot more expensive than our usual supplier so won’t be ordering again unless offered a deal with seller
