Needs more instructions and technical details
I’ve purchased this for a medication draw, but found an item called a baffle, but not sure what it’s for and I wanted to purchase extra cards & fobs, but again there’s no information on them. These use special frequencies and different communication systems, so don’t know which to purchase. There is also a USB port, which never gets mentioned. I feel it will work well for my needs, but I need extra fobs for my wife and daughter, n case I need them to get my medication.Any help would be great.

Locked when no battery
Ideally it shouldn't lock when there is no battery but on the contrary it locked my drawer when battery was missing. No there is no way to unlock or open the drawer.

Keeps the teenagers out of the booze cupboard.
I know, wait till yours grow up!RFID reads through a standard kitchen door no problem. Little bit of fiddling to fit the unit and the latch in the right place but it is all do'able. Battery has lasted for months.

Failed
This lock failed to open even though batteries were fine. I should have a refund for the failure and waste of time and money.
