Great For The Class I'm In
I'm in Health 1010 and this is the required reading. It seems to have everything I need.I am renting this book, and it says that to be able to return it there cannot be markings in the book. Well, I received it with marking already in it. So, for the record, I did not put the markings in there. Also my first review was denied (not sure why) so if this one doesn't get posted, I guess I'll keep the emails as evidence in case I can't get my full refund.

Much value for the money in this hole-punched edition - just pop it into a $2 binder and you are good to go
This is a well-written, well-researched health text. Its topics are up-to-date and made very relevant to college students. Sandwiched between chapters are many opportunities for readers to take self-assessments. Much value for the money in this hole-punched edition - just pop it into a $2 binder and you are good to go!

Forced to read it...
Terrible to be force to read this in a class. All information on any topic in the book is widely available online. The organization is good, but if you want to learn about health there are other ways of going about it

Excellent condition, especially for a term use.
I didn't end up taking the class, but when I flipped through the pages it looked very informative. The book was in excellent condition for a rented book.
