Excellent PCP Air Compressor! A VERY Happy Customer for my Air Rifle Fun!
Excellent GX CS3 PCP Air Compressor! I have used several different types of PCP air compressors with my friends and never found one that I wanted to invest my money into as some were too loud, some too slow, some too messy with oil and or water and most were all too bulky and too heavy. Add up all those negatives and you can understand why I was not happy to pay for any of those. Then I found this one! The GX CS3 PCP Air Compressor! No water hassles and no oil hassles (it has built in fans to cool it). Supposedly not too loud (it was not, I could easily talk to someone in the same room). Supposedly could be used from my 110v house socket (Yes, it worked great as it comes with an included transformer to run from my 110v house current!) or from my car battery (Yes, that too worked great as it has wiring and clips to attach right to the car battery). Did I mention the auto-shutoff yet? Yes, it has one and it is adjustable! Did everything work as hoped. To sum it all up as quickly as possible, YES! It worked flawlessly with every feature that I mentioned. The craftsmanship was impressive. Also, one of the best features is its size and weight as it is small and light and extremely portable. Easy to lift, easy to carry, easy to set up with running from either the house or the car. I held off reviewing it until I received it and used it several times, so my above comments were after I had used it on many occasions as my kids and my wife all have PCP air rifles! Upon receiving it I had a feeling that I was going to love it. The packaging was triple secure, meaning it had 3 strong layers of boxes, foam, ties, staples, you name it, this thing was packaged excellent. The instructions were also good and easy to understand. Tools and small supplies came with the unit which were nice additions. I can keep everything together and know that I have all the tools if needed. Using it on PCP air rifles, the speed of filling up the tanks was excellent for its size. Much easier than all the messy, heavier ones and much easier than manual pumps. Soon I will have some photos to post and a small video. Go for it, you will be quite happy with all of its capabilities and ease of use, especially with being so lightweight and portable. I usually do not write such long reviews but did so as it made my air rifle adventures a lot more fun for me and the family! Enjoy!

Great Value, Excellent Customer service, Durable pump.
I've owned this since Nov 2020. Here are my thoughts after just over 6 months of ownership. I was not paid or compensated to write this review, these are just my thoughts. This is the best portable compressor on the market at the time of this review. Pros Durable Reliable Great customer service Portable Maintenance free Cons Slightly more then the yong heng, but well worth the extra cost! It is durable, portable, and comes with a converter so you can use your wall outlet or a car battery. Noise level is good, nothing special, but not uncomfortable to be around. You can also use it to fill up larger tanks, as long as you follow the instructions for how long it needs to rest. (I think fill for 20 minutes, rest for 10?) My biggest concern about going with this compressor over something like the popular yong heng was the lack of parts and community support. I was worried if I had an issue I wouldn't be able to get it fixed. Last week I didn't tighten the bleed valve enough, and it fell out, and a small piece inside that helped keep it sealed also fell out and was lost. I thought I had ruined my compressor, since I didn't realize the small piece had fallen out. I contacted the amazon seller, and they were very prompt about helping me - I sent a video to them explaining the issue, and they immediately sent me a the replacement part, with instructions on how to replace it. a few days later, it showed up, and my compressor is up and running again. I don't know how you can beat that! They did a great job. I would definitely recommend both the compressor, and the seller to anyone.

Works very well, Needs inline water filter
This works exactly as advertised minus the "no need for a water separator." yes it does catch water itself that you can bleed out, but it will still need at least 1 water filter. I had an o-ring blow right at the connection to my first water filter. This unit had a puddle of water coming from this connection during a fill. Releasing the line pressure at the compressor still vented out water like normal. Glad I have 2x filters on it. Other than that, this is perfect for refilling paintball tanks. I've done about 60 fills at 3k psi so far and no issues. The blown o-ring after removal didn't make a difference and the line is sealed regardless. The oring was actually pushing itself out of the line, which is what let air/water escape the coupling to the first water separator. This connection had remained untouched since initial install. What made be buy the extra water filters was test filling on a nearly expired tank. I had noticed water in the fill nipple. The humidity in my basement where i run this varies around 50%. This is an excellent solution to paintball tank fills or PCP rifle fills when paired with a water separator. a 48/3000 tank takes just about 30 minutes to fill - which is the cycle time recommended for this compressor. I have a 4500 carbon fiber but i don't fill it past 3k at home, i don't see the need to adjust my fill pressure when at home fills are for fun, testing, and i have unlimited air fills now anyway. I do not know the full time required for a 4500 tank, but bringing it to 3k will require letting the compressor take a break after 30 minutes and then doing another run for 15-20 minutes tops. I highly recommend this unit to anyone who wants to do at home fills using very little space. It is also portable and can run from a car battery - I have not done this - yet. Just get a good inline water filter.

Great portable affordable compressor!!!
I use this product solely to fill my PCP airguns it's a great little compressor the only issue I have is it supposed to come with grease so you can service it after 50 hours of use and I just open the second one and there's no grease other than that satisfied.....Update... I e-mailed the seller about the grease issue. I received a prompt response informing me that the compressors have been updated and no longer require you to service them with grease after 50hrs of use or anytime after that. It seems the oroblem was that the updated compressors wete being shipped with the old owners manuals. They were very apologetic and assured me that I shouldn't have any problems with my compressor and instructed me not to try to service it with any sort of grease because it would be detrimental to the workings of the compressor. I must say they set my mind at ease. I mean this is a 4500psi compressor so you can understand i was a little worried about keeping it in proper working order. After receiving their e-mail and corresponding with them I must reevaluate and give this little compressor a full 5 stars. It exceeds my expectations and performs better than described. I use it with my Benjamin Bulldog and it fills from 1500 up to 3000psi in about 8min. Not only that its relatively quiet and highly portable. I've run it off both my car battery and the wall outlet converter and it works great off of both. The other great thing is it came with a quick disconect already attached and it fit right on my gun. Oh and it has an automatic shut-off you can set so you don't have to babysit it while it fills. If you're looking for a good, self contained, portable high pressure compressor at a great price this is it.

Wish I had found it sooner!!!
I recently purchased a GX CS3 compressor. It works perfect. I bought a PCP rifle at the urging of my son-in-law. Not knowing how much other stuff I was going to need, i.e. large tank for air to refill the gun and a place to get the large tank refilled. All of that stuff cost more than the gun not to mention it is a 45 mile round trip to get the tank refilled. So after some research I found the GX CS3 compressor. Problems solved! It is not the cheapest remedy, but I think one of the best. There are other brands that are very similar so you should look around before deciding on one. I opted for the version with auto shutoff over the manual model because I didn't want to have watch constantly so as to not over fill my gun.. I have a Diana Storm Rider with a 100cc tank. It fills it from zero to 200 bar in about 3-1/2 minutes. As far as the compressor goes I was surprised at how small it is and how quiet it is. Overall I am extremely pleased and can not recommend it enough. How long it holds up remains to be seen. Update 5/24/2021 I just filled my 18 cu ft Omega bottle from 1800 PSI to 4350PSI in about 25 minutes. I did it in two stages of 13 minutes each and let the just the fans run for 15 minutes between filling and after the final fill. The manual says 2-3 minutes, but I wanted to make sure that it was cool. I did check it with a laser temp gage and the case in front of the fan never got over 95 degrees. I don't know what it should get to as far as temperature is concerned because the manual does not mention it. After using it a few times to fill my gun and small 13 cu in bottles (which take about 3 minutes from 0 to 3000) I have to say I am really pleased with it and recommend it. How long will it last is another matter, but I am hoping for the best.

Burn feature not mentioned
I really want this thing to be awesome because it’s exactly what I need but after using it once, I’m not sure if I got a bad one or what. They say they test them and it even has a certificate on it that’s been filled out by hand. Brand new pump and brand new ninja 4500psi tank. I try to fill the tank and I stopped the compressor around 1500psi because I wanted to check up on it since it’s my first time using it. For whatever reason the spring around the air hose was hot enough to burn whatever it touched including my finger. I turn it off and slowly open the pressure relief valve. When I do that, water comes dripping out of the valve as well as the little hose on the bottom of the unit. I try to figure out what was going on and realize the little o rings in the whip have been moved out of position. I fix them and make sure they are seated properly and leave the fans running for about 20 minutes before I try again. I used the air in the tank in the mean time, so now my air tank has around 500 psi in it. I try to add another 500psi and same story. The air hose coming out of the unit is searing hot. I shut it down and when I turn it back on the fans spin but the led on the off switch doesn’t turn on, so now I can’t use it at all. I really would like to use this because of how compact it is, and it will work perfect for me. But for 500 bucks I got burned, literally. I hope there is a way

Well made
The Gx3 is a better performer and quieter to in comparison to another I had purchased. I do like the fact that the gx3 has an external power adapter. Which is easily replaced. The Gx3 fans are always on with no auto shut off. I use this to fill 220cc Fx Dreamline Classic and the Gx3 is almost twice as fast (speed actually doesn’t concern me I’m only filling one rifle). If your getting power from your vehicle battery, The The Gx3 is more tower shaped and I would be reluctant placing it close to a car battery due to its height and ability to tip over easier however the cables are long enough to set it on the ground and reach my truck battery. I use heavy duty tool bag to carry and store both of these. I have limited experience with these compressors however if I was to repurchase it would be the Gx3. Time will tell. Both have auto shutoff when reaching desired pressure. The Gx3has a gauge with a needle setting. My other has a digital display. Both aren’t exact, you must watch your rifle gauge and adjust from there. The Gx3 also has a swiveling hose which makes it more user friendly especially from a bench. It’s my experience that the gauge type are more durable. I will update this in a few months.

Great compressor
Use for airsoft - using 48CL tanks, takes approximately 20 minutes to fill each tank to 3000 PSI. I was tempted to go for the CS2, but glad I went for the CS3 as it has the auto-stop feature, which has been very useful, and also like that there's no need for buckets of water and oil to cool it down. We'll see how long it lasts, but the build quality seems to be solid, and I've used it 15 times so far with no issues. I also bought a decent oil and water sperator which is definitely worth the investment, as I'm not convinced the built-in separator will be effective. I haven't used it with a car battery yet, but I can see how it will be useful on long skirmish weekends. This has been well worth the investment.
