10PCS Waxed Thread 150D Multicolor Leather Sewing Thread Woven of 16 Strands for Hand Stitching Leather Binding Bracelets (30 Metres)

I've been using waxed thread to make beaded string bookmarks and was looking for new colors, so I tried this brand out. The colors are great, but the thread is only very lightly waxed, and it's not the style of thread I expected. It reminds me of dental floss. It holds knots well, and it seems strong, but when I try to melt the wax with a flame to seal the ends for threading, the thread itself melts and warps, making it almost impossible to get a good threading shape on the end. Also, the thread end frays too easily when trying to thread beads on it. Just plain good stuff. Great thread for a good price. I’m a leather worker and buy this repeatedly.

It's a flatter thread and not as thick as most threads we use for leather stitching, but it does have a nice variety of color and still holds up well.
