The speaker fits REALLY tight to the holder, you'll need to put it with the adapter (power unit) connector first, then just slide it into the holder. It doesn't look like it's blocking the second outlet, and I won't know until I need to try it. Other than that it seems to be working out well, it's not like I'm having to move it around, you really just set it up, and forget it. I spent more time just setting up the actions/commands for it with my Nest system.
