Best Case Ever Designed- a v in depth review
If you use an Apple Pencil you must purchase this. I truly believe this is how Apple Pencils should have been designed. I’m a tattoo artist meaning my busy hands are my $$$ makers- and therefore need to be taken care of! In addition to helping my hands, it protects the pencil and allows for easy & versatile storage. The slim design of the Apple Pencil caused me hand cramps after hours of clutching it everyday. I tried making grips out of towels/sensi wrap and purchased grips and cases in efforts to increase the girth so my hand could get a break from the constant death grip. They were all ineffective to say the least. This case even stabilizes the pencil so it’s not floating inside, allowing clean lines. It added enough circumference to allow my hand to relax without being so big that it was either too heavy or was inconvenient to store/travel.The “stem?”-clip? that is on the side of the case is perfect for my iPad case. (It’s a fold cover with an elastic band to keep it closed)I store my pen on the edge of my iPad under the elastic band with the “stem” on top and it is very secure and out of the way. I would imagine multiple case styles could work with storing this design.I saved my favorite feature for last: the protection. I’m baffled that a company as design-orientated as Apple designed this stylus. Did they not consider the “lifestyle” this pencil would have? Within the first week of purchasing the $100 device, I lost the ridiculously designed weakest magnetic cap to the Apple Pencil. Shortly after, the newly exposed charging-end broke literally off the pencil. The connection of the metal band to the white plastic on the top was salvageable with some tape and glue and the wires inside were all intact so the pencil still functioned normally. At this point, I just had to be careful when charging and removing the pencil from the charger. (Prop the end up so it was perpendicular to the iPad to relieve tension on the weak point, and push the pencil out of the charger with my nail to eject it from the port itself to prevent the wires coming out of the pencil) BUT THEN I GOT THIS CASE AND IT SOLVED ALL OF MY PROBLEMS!!This case not only provided a SCREW ON END CAP to protect my charger but the inside chamber that stabilized the pencil also tightly grips and supports the part of my pencil that broke; keeping the metal end and plastic body secure and sturdy. (Plus a retractable tip for your nib!)This inexpensive case has extended the life of my busted @$§ Apple Pencil for over a year with no complications and is still going strong. I’ve waited so long to review this product because I knew I would get too excited and take two hours to write an essay about a stylus case; but that procrastination has made my review even more credible. I’ve used this product for over a year now and I’m still just as excited as I was when I first put it on my pencil. Not only did it solve every problem that I had with the original design but it made my pencil so cute (I got the pink one, it’s a very nice pastel shade, with A subtle mauve undertone for a more “sophisticated” pastel)I’m aware that I took this review too seriously; but seeing as I am holding/using this device even more than my tattoo machine and that my career is dependent on the health and ability of my hands, it is very important to me. I want to kiss the designer of this case and reccomend it to every artist in search of the right case. I hope that the thouroughness of my review will help anyone in need decide whether or not this will be a good fit for them.If I was being a nit-pick I would say there’s only two teeny tiny con’s with the design. And I mean so small I almost wasn’t going to include it but I’m here to be diligent in my review. The first is that I still have to prop the tip of the pencil when charging. Naturally, due to the added weight the pencil won’t lay perpendicular to the device when charging.Second is that while charging, there isn’t a designated spot to attach the unscrewed cap so it has a higher potential to either get misplaced or lost. Depending on the surface, I can sometimes use the end cap to prop the tip of the pencil up during charging however, the cylindrical shape of the cap causes it to sometimes roll away and isn’t stable enough for all surfaces. I’ve also tried “clipping” it inside of the “stem/clip” I mentioned before and it works but only if I bend the plastic back a little bit to allow the “tooth” to slide past the threading on the cap. I don’t like to do this due to the risk of the clip breaking as it’s not designed to bend that direction. This clip’s function is to retract the pen so I don’t want to break it.I think If one side of the end cap was flattened out or if the shape of the cap was cut differently to double as a stand for the tip of the pencil while charging. Perhaps with different ways to lay it to accommodate different surfaces and distance from pencil-surface depending on the case of the iPad.Regardless, these are just nuisances. I whole heartedly scream my reccomendation from the rooftops: BUY THIS CASE!

Great for RMPP pens and good Grip
This pen cover fits my RMPP pen! The only negative is that the plastic is slightly slippery. It makes me focus on having dry hands (no lotion) to have a great grip.My wish for this cover to have an indent grip at the tip part.I would recommend to those who need a wider grip to write for long periods of time and have no hand health issues.

Love it!
The media could not be loaded. I love this case for my Apple Pencil! It’s super cute and was very easy to put my Apple Pencil in the case. I love that it protects my pencil when not using it. It is not silicone but I still find it very comfortable to hold and write with!

Fulfills its function and sturdy, but not for me
Someone else commented that they think it relieves hand cramps due to small pens. However, I think I have a bit of the opposite problem. I felt that this pen was almost too big and bulky. After using it for weeks I decided to take it off and it was so much easier to write. It makes me wonder why I bothered purchasing this in the first place. It's not heavy, per se, but it is heavier than the Apple Pencil itself, of course. And for tiny muscles like that of the hand and wrist, it doesn't take that much extra weight for long-term use to cause issues. The case was not difficult to put on. It fit snug onto the pencil, but I had no issue with scratching. If you align the click mechanism wrong, you could hypothetically eject your Pencil by accident, as others have reported. But that's not a problem if you are careful with your $100 Apple Pencil? I fidget a decent amount so I was constantly clicking it open and closed but it didn't break. To charge I just untwisted the cap, removed the official Pencil cap, then just made sure to carefully push down on the tip while putting it on the charger. Not difficult. You don't have to take it completely apart to charge.I don't personally believe I need major protection for my Apple Pencil. I am not constantly traveling with my iPad Pro and when I do put it in my bag, I don't just throw it in there (it was $700 after all). I put it in the sleeve pocket with my Macbook Pro, so it's not jostling around. If your bag doesn't have a sleeve pocket or you put your Pencil in a pencil case, then protection might be an important consideration for you.I think I will try a grip instead, though, because the Pencil is slippery. The larger size of the case helped with that a bit, but didn't really solve the problem, as my hand still slipped a bit with the case on, just not as much.

Works great for Apple Pencil
The only retractable Apple Pencil case I have found and I am very happy with it. I love that they offer many different color options; I got two of them, one for me and one for my son. This one is Beige. Assembly is relatively easy, value for the money is great as well. If I could change one thing, it would be if they looked a little less cheap but they had the color I needed and it was inexpensive so I look past it.

Nothing special
The media could not be loaded. Have to take take stars off because the case is WAY too big for a standard pen holder thats usually included on a case. The top is screw on/off & is magnetic. Is a little to plastically for me & a struggle to charge the pen while in the case. But I love the color.
