Is there a way to get these without the lettering

These are the boxes that PCGS returns graded coins in so this exact design isn't available without the lettering, although I believe you can find them that way. Note that this box only accommodates PCGS and almost exactly similar sized slabs (not NGC), so if you have a mixture you should be looking for a universal size slab box; I would recommend one of the aluminum ones from Guardhouse or Ursae Minoris.

Is this made in the USA?

Just looked, no stamp on it telling where from. But everything made in China is stamped china

Would it fit Valcambi 1oz?

The PCGS storage box is design to hold PCGS certified coin slabs. If your Valcambi 1oz total dimensions are within 2.5" x 3.25" it should fit. However, remember this box was specifically designed to hold PCGS Slabs.

What do I order for the 2 by 3 slabs.

This will not allow the cover to close if your slab is 3-3/8 tall. 3-1/4 works fine.
