TOOLS OF THE TRADE 20-Piece Knife Set with Block

I just received my order. I have one set already that I use at my "winter home" so I know the knives are great and I expect the same for these newest ones. The problem is that either the cabinets at my winter home are farther above the counter tops in my primary residence (which I doubt) or the block design has changed so that the knives sit more vertically in the block making it impossible to remove the larger knives without either pulling the block out from under the cabinets or tilting the block towards yourself to remove the knife you select. A simple design change for the block would make these far more user friendly. I can only give these three stars because of the lack of utility caused by the block design.

So far so good. I did notice a bit of rush on a few, but that might be due to the fact that we do not baby our knives at all.

The knives are sharp, work fine but, the blades are thin. I like a heavy knife when chopping, but these knives seem to be alright.

I love these knives and set. So does my husband. He is trained cook and uses these a lot. The block is great and matches my cupboards nicely. Easy to clean. No complaints and would definitely recommend these to anyone for their home kitchen.

Only have these knifes for about a month to month-and-a-half and already they're starting to rust on the sides the block already has a little chip in it or the knifes go in would not purchase this ever again

This knife set is a very nice value for the money. It looks beautiful on the counter and the knifes are nice an sharp and not cheap looking or flimsy. I would buy this again.
