I bought 2 of these as a family Christmas gift to replace 2 similar lamps that stopped working after years of use. Even the lowest setting is plenty bright to light the living room, which has a vaulted ceiling. The reading light is a handy attachment as well. It moves around easily but keeps the position it was put in without drooping. The lamp is simple and straightforward to put together, and the base seems sturdy enough to hold it up without wobbling. Due to young grandkids though, both lamps are tucked into corners or under legs of furniture for extra stability. It's only been 1 day but the family is very pleased.

Beautiful,does not interfere with other light sources (tv) love the dimming tool feature to night light mode. Love the remote that came with it so you can choose the level you need.

Feeling so grateful for others reviews as I was deciding to try this lamp, I write this for the benefit of others who want to satisfy specific needs with their lighting. I needed bright lighting in two specific areas , both of which required ample lighting where accurate, functional ceiling lights are not available in my rental space. (1) kitchen area in prepping food, cutting veggies, etc., etc.; & (2) near my sewing table area. I think the second light on the lamp, at 60W, is too bright for reading. In my opinion, it is not a lamp for a cozy relaxing spot. It is a light adequately bright for accomplishing things, it is bright enough for any purpose. The second light is quite bright & is flexible to bend as needed. I am very happy with the first one (kitchen) & so I ordered another for sewing area. Easy to assemble, very sturdy, exactly what I was looking for. It’s not fancy & yes, globes are plastic but I highly recommend this lamp if you need a bright lamp.

The lamp was easy to assemble and looks as advertised. It provides good lighting to my reading area. I would have preferred glass shades but the plastic ones look fine.

I add an LED lamp that was making my eyes tired and need a change so an old school lamp with a bulb did the trick. These lamps are perfect no frills just does what it should, turn on, turn off.
