This is a sauce we always have to have on hand. Anytime our college son comes home he wants us to make his Parma Rosa sausage dinner. Hickory sausage in the sauce with spaghetti noodles! Must try!

This is a sauce prep package. My daughter and I have loved for a decade and it’s hard to find in the stores. A lot of things you can do to it to vary from the base of preparation. Nice flavor.

The top of this package says it is best used by August 2, 2026, but all six packages in the container read that the used by date is AUGUST 2022. I’m now being advised that this is not a returnable item. If you’ve ever used an old pack of this sauce, you will see that it does not break down when cooling it and the dish is subpar.

I make this sauce with Grilled Italian Sausage. The Parma Rosa Sauce simmered with the grilled sausage then poured over rigatoni is OUT OF THIS WORLD!! Pair it with some crusty garlic bread! This sauce is easy, delicious and feeds a hungry crowd. They'll be coming back for more!

Easy to prepare, you can add chicken, shrimp too! Very tasty!
