No proper knife rest and dumb US adjustment screws
Buyers outside North America beware - the adjusters for long or short (flat or convex) grinding are by socket head screws and unless you are stuck in the distant past and have some Imperial Allen keys, you will need to buy some - these are not standard Metric sizes as used everywhere outside North AmericaAlso, there is no knife rest - you have to put the knife on the "rest" then lift it and move forward to the belt. Plenty of room for the angle to change during that or during grinding as there is no knife support during grinding.
