I love this Nestle Hot Chocolate, it doesn't seem to bother my Crohn's so I love that. I have this with my lactose free chocolate milk and it makes it so rich and delicious! It always seems to be a constant amount in the packets and I personally can't have anything that is sugar-free because I am allergic to aspartame. I haven't had any box delivered that has any leakage or spills, even though it is a flimsy box they are in I have this on my subscribe and save to come to me every 2 months, but over the winter months I change it to every month, because all my family likes them during the winter. I am a chocoholics so, I live hot chocolate all year long. It does have a warm, rich taste of chocolate, and it seems to be the right sweetness, one or two cups will keep you warmed up in no time.

One of my favorite drinks. I drink hot chocolate year round, even in summer. This one has a velvety smooth flavor- I love it!

i was using K-cups for my hot chocolate and realized it was easier and better to just use the keurig to make hot water and use these packets. 2 packets in a 12 oz mug gives a nice creamy hot chocolate.

This is a quality taste great product

This is the OG, your childhood cocoa classic. Much, much richer and tastier than the other supermarket brand, you know the one, in the light blue box... the Nestle product is very sweet: this is not an "adult" tasting cocoa. But it is delicious, even mixed just with water. (You don't want to have to use up a mug of milk every time you want cocoa!) Buying it in a canister is ideal because you can control your quantities -- make it bigger or smaller if you want. It's rich, sweet, balanced, chocolatey, and just right for a comfort mug or a winter treat. Price is good for the quality if you compare it to what you get in other comparable brands.

Great hot chocolate try this on a cruise in Miami then made it my purpose to find when I returned home . Definitely worth the money

You get what you pay for, and the amount of actual cocoa is what you would expect for the price. You would be better off using half lowfat milk and half water for the right taste.Lots of sugar as filler, and to make a pleasant mug you'd probably have to use 2 packs.
