Appear to have been used, had black grease on places.

I used the product to fix a patio swivel rocker chair. I had ordered several pieces since I didn't know exactly which item was needed. The koromax heavy duty was the piece I needed. I had help putting it on. The handyman who helped me said that the piece was a little too big but he was able to get it on with a little effort. The chair is just like new again and operates as it should.

Chair lifts out of base when you pick it up; had to wrap duct tape around the OD of the insert to get a secure fit - this was the issue I was trying to solve when I bought these!

A very hard product to find to repair an older chair. Solid replacement part at a very fair price. Do recommend this product.

This part fits perfectly on my patio rocker swivel chair. Great product

I really need 1 7/8”, but I made it work with a bushing. Problem is, the bushing isn’t deep enough.
