Happy with this purchase
Been trying these for about a week now. Started out using a full patch at night, but since have cut them either in half or 1/4 depending on my sleep needs. They have worked so well. Have been getting a good nights sleep each time used.

Only use one at a time
These actually work. I placed it on the inside of my wrist a couple hours before I wanted to be asleep and it works. I dont feel groggy in the morning after I have used it. I am on my second pack.

Didn’t work for me
I’m desperate for a good night’s sleep and this isn’t working for me. I felt as if I had caffeine before bed and could not sleep for hours.

They Work!
I had to cancel the order initially because my wife didn’t think it was a good idea. It could not be a daily thing to depend on. Amazon refunded me and let me keep them so we both tried it. To be honest, I have a difficult time falling asleep Saturday evenings because of anxiety and excitement for church. These actually worked for me. They helped me get to sleep and stay asleep. We will probably get more in the future.

It works, but..
Yes. It has definitely helped me sleep thru the night. However, I can’t seem to fully wake up even after coffee. It also makes me grumpy (my description), hostile (my husband’s description) and mean (my friends’ description). And I have no appetite. I’m usually a happy, kind person and this def alters my personality and appetite. For the record,I’m very sensitive to any medication or supplements. However the patch stayed on all night , didn’t cause a skin reaction and did help me sleep. Unfortunately I can’t use it anymore unless I want to get a divorce and lose my friends. Hope this helps others.

It works!
I have trouble from time to time with either falling asleep or waking up and not being able to get back to sleep. This product certainly helps with both. I apply it on my wrist before going to bed and I have a solid sleep with no fog in the morning. I find the cost expensive for using on a regular basis, so I only use it maybe once or twice a week.
