Love this, so excited I got it and when I made the purchase was a great deal.

Run, don’t walk to get this set!! I love this series so much and just had to add it to my DVD collection. This set has every special and every episode! I feel I should add some clarification based on other reviews pertaining to the order of episodes: In between series 3 & 4 there is a special called “The Last Shout.” It was meant to be the series finale after the Series 3 episode “The End.” On the DVD set, it’s in a kinda weird order. The special isn’t on Disc 3, but it’s instead on Disc 5. So if you see reviews essentially complaining about the nonsensical changes within the series and Saffy’s wedding dress, they’ve put the specials on a different disk. Also, the “New York Special” previously known as “Gay” is in its rightful place on this box set (Before series 5.) Other than that? This is a tremendous box set, the case is really cool, and it’s such a hysterically funny series! Sweetie, darling, it’s an amazing buy!

I am American and I discovered this wonderful show only a year ago when I saw on yahoo news that Jennifer Saunders was make the film. I remembered Jennifer Saunders did the voice of Fairy Godmother from Shrek 2 so I was curious about this show. In the article's comments there was nothing but praise for the show. I saw a few clips on the internet and fell in love with Jennifer's comedy and Patsy's style. Without even seeing a full episode yet I purchased this set (which was about $100 when I bought it) and I was not disappointed! The dvd set comes in an adorable/compact box that resembles a clutch bag. It's not only a cute stylish idea for a box but it's made really well, protecting the dvd case excellently. It's not like those other collection boxes made out of cardboard and start to wear out over time. And this set really does have EVERY episode including bonus material. The only issue I have is a few episodes have been edited in a way that some scenes are missing. Like in the Birthday episode, the karaoke scene is rather butchered because they cut out Patsy doing the mick jagger dance and removed a lot of the singing parts. Then on the episode wear Saffy gives birth, they remove the part where Bo is dreaming about singing in Chicago, which I thought was a funny scene. They also removed the "Wheel's on Fire" song from all the episodes because of copyright issues or something. These are just minor annoyances for me. Other than that, everything is in tact and crystal clear. This is a perfect set for a true Absolutely Fabulous fan!

I have been watching ABFAB for years and when I first saw this collection with the pink case I thought about it but then realized I really don't need to buy this if I already have them all. Then the black Friday & Cyber Monday sales started and I realized on of the discs I have in season 4 was starting to crack. Then i saw that seasons 1-3 were remastered and looked a bit better. So I got it. The first 3 seasons do look better and the little pink purse it comes in is very well made and so cool! It's work getting this even just for the case. ABFAB forever Sweetie!

Nice full series package.

Came early( great customer service) I did not realize I was buying a enhanced DVD from the orginal shows. You can see the difference. Series still holds up. Funny, bright and you can't help but laugh even if you have heard the same lines ages ago.

Aside from having ALL episode PLUS specials and such, each episode includes the ENTIRE episode, which means all the small parts the networks cut out for commercials are included. There are parts I've never seen before, and I've been watching these gals for almost two decades now. As for the packaging, as other reviewers stated, some of the discs were indeed loose and flopping around in the case when I got the parcel, however, I was fortunate enough that nothing was scratched or damaged. The exterior package (the purse; designed after the bag Eddie carries in the "Poor" episode; notably at her office with the accountant) was perfectly intact (and is just gorgeous, darling) and now sits in my own office for everyone to see (and has completely "outed" me; in case their were any doubts in the first place). This set is totally worth it for, and worthy of, the avid AbFab aficionado (or Eddie n' Patsy obsessed-fan like me).

Good series Enjoying the whole set

Huge fan of British sitcoms and we thrilled to see AbFb..the entire series... on Amazon (ordered the movie too). Having watched the series back in the 90s and in reruns since, I have noticed some episodes are edited with small bits left out........even the theme song is edited out (copyright I guess with the artist). Still, love watching it!

A great collection and hilarious to revisit! I would highly recommend this series!
