Great to keep track!
I was struggling with really bad mental health and this product really helped me through some tough times. I managed to reflect on my day and I'd always work to do better the next. It's also good to keep track of your mood in general. It's also really fun to fill out at the end of your day and helped a lot with bedtime routines when I struggled to sleep.

Helps me to keep track of me

Good for tracking moods
Love this book, helps me to track my moods and realise that I do have good days... my only issue is that the pages you use daily ie the sleep tracker tend to come loose

Love this mood tracker. Its so easy to use and track your mood, sleep and eating all in one place. Takes a few minutes a night to complete, nice and quick and not too time consuming. Each month has a different images to colour in for your mood tracking.

Excellent tool for Mental health
I have found this a huge help I suffer with bipolar but as I use this every day it also shows my son when I'm heading into a bad downward spiral before I'm in a bad place
