This is a must have for post-op finger surgery.
My OT introduced this to me during a therapy session for my 2 broken fingers. This is just so handy for getting range of motion in my fingers after surgery. This makes blocking your fingers so much easier. It has multiple uses for the fingers, and gives you a nice grip of the foam with the uninjured hand while you work on getting range of motion back. I have a very long way to go, but I am sure this item will help me out greatly as I have more confidence with this, and it is very effective during therapy at home. A must have for surgically repaired fingers. Worth the price too.

Exactly what I wanted for index finger physical therapy
I've been in physical therapy for my dislocated and fractured index finger for a while, and this has been one of the great tools my hand specialist/therapist has used with me so that I can isolate/block joints and practice improving range of motion. I'm so glad I could find the identical product on Amazon so I can use it at home, too.
