Used for running marathons ( Galloway walk run method). Training for a marathon and was having a hard time pacing myself. I can set this to let me know when to walk and when to run. Most other training apps started out at too fast of a pace for beginners. It would give you set intervals so you could run the walk or run in order to keep pace and timing. Avoid injury. I use it for interval training for fitness. When I use it, its vibration intensity is just right -- not startling me or failing to alert me. The beep is loud enough to use this tool while loud music is playing. it has both vibrate and sound alarms and both at same time. I are more efficient with my time at the gym. I also use it at the office to make sure i get up from my chair every 30 minutes for better health. It also forces me to focus on my task at hand and work faster to beat the next interval! Try it for more productivity at work, the gym and at play! Unlike using your phone for a timer, there's no chance that you will be distracted by a text or email. Keeps me focussed. you can it primarily for you kettlebell workouts setting it to 1 minute of exercise and 30 seconds of rest for 20 sets. Multiple custom workouts, HIIT, Tabata, Kettle bell, skipping rope, calisthenics, meditation, CrossFit, running, Yoga and heavy bag. the display is uncluttered with characters large enough to be easily visible while running. The timer has an interval counter which you can set to count down a specified number of interval cycles. If you set the counter to zero, it will count up to the maximum count of 99 during operation.

Great customer service
Interval options are perfect for training I’m doing. When the watch came in, I was getting myself familiar with the functions and realized the band was partially split at the clasp. I sent an email about getting a replacement band, they responded within an hour and sent a replacement watch instead of just the band.

Very hard to use and does not have a manual
I wanted to use an actual timer instead of my phone but I also wanted an interval timer so I wanted to try this watch.For a typical work-out, this is sufficient, because it can works as an interval timer, you can set the work-out time, rest time, and how many round you want to do it, also can be alarm watch, stop-watch timer (without laps). It has LED light, rechargeable, and comfortable strap. However the cover port is loose and does not stay in place (making it not really water resistant anymore), the shape is bulky (but not too heavy), buttons are very hard to press, and settings are confusing, and the worst is that it does not have a manual. I think if they improve the function, make it easier to set up, make it smaller, and improve the stopwatch function then it would be a lot better.

Not a good product
It would not save my intervals that I programmed. I have to set them everytime I turn it on.No customer support.I'm sending it back.

Great product. NOT water resistant
This works great and is a very nice little piece of electronics. I used it mostly for interval training but all the features work great. HOWEVER: IT IS ADVERTISED AS WATER RESISTANT AND IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT. DO NOT EXPOSE IT TO WATER. Mine died within a couple of weeks of use because I washed dishes wearing it. I inspected the thing to figure out what went wrong. There's a little rubber stopper on the recharging port which is NOT up to the task of being water resistant.
