High-Waisted Adult Incontinence Pull-on Plastic Waterproof Pants 3 Pack (Small)

My 17 year old grandson has Autism. He has to wear pull ups for incontinence. These work well when he puts them over his pull ups. They hold up well. These run large, so I was going to reorder in a medium but I did not see where they offered these in a medium, so I went with a different company. I hope they will be as good as these. Most of this type of underwear is so expensive. Not so for this product. The price is much more reasonable. I needed a pack of 3 and most were just too expensive even for one. I wanted him to have some at my house and some at home. These are a very good buy. If you double up on the pull ups, the large will be good. However, my grandson is very slim. They were still a little too big. If the mediums from the other company do not work, I will be reordering these and keep using 2-3 pull ups under them. Their waterproof ability is good. I throw them in the washer on low and I do not dry them I hang them to dry. So far so good.

These incontinence underwear covers do what they're supposed to do. They help hold in leaks. My only complaint, and I'm not sure it's something that could be fixed, is that the leg and waist openings are pretty snug. They leave marks on my elderly family member's skin. They do fade, but I wouldn't want that to happen to my skin. I hesitate to size up as then they might not actually hold in leaks. A conundrum. They are also a challenge for my disabled family member to pull up or down. But then again, he can't really pull anything up or down himself anyway. But because of the snug elastic fit, it's especially hard. They are roomy otherwise which is good. No sound comes from them.

I needed these for leaking incontinence underwear. They work well. The vinyl is very strong and sturdy. They are well-made. Another brand I purchased had poor stitching that resulted in the elastic coming loose from the vinyl. Then that resulted in tears in the vinyl. My only complaint is that they are HUGE. I ordered according to my measurements, and they're a bit 'roomy'. But better too big than too small.

These are not recommended by me if you don't want people to know you're wearing a diaper, if you do want them to know, or just don't care, these are loud as hell, so people will be able to find out. The waistband of these plastic pants dig into my belly when I wear it, and it is really uncomfortable 😿. They do otherwise work at keeping pee from leaking onto the floor, and it's cool to see the diaper through them.

These crystal clear pants are VERY VERY noisy! I have used the white ones for years and they are quiet. When they were not available recently, I thought I would try the crystal clear ones. They were so noisy that they woke my wife when I turned over in the middle of the night. I also tried the Smokey ones and the semi-transparent ones. They are fine. Only the crystal clear ones are super noisy! This applies to the white, black smoke, and semi-transparent ones: I have used these for a few years and they are great. I wear them every night. They last quite a while. When they become stiff or crack, I move on to a new pair. They are soft and quiet. I will continue to use them as long as they are available.

If you have a medical issue, and don't want to advertise it to the world, do not purchase this. Even under jeans, they can be heard.

I've purchased a number of 2 & 3 packs from here and a couple other online retailers. I find the Haian pull-on plastic pants to be well manufactured and the price per unit can't be beaten. It's pretty straight forward as far as sizing due to the helpful chart included on the item pages. If you're wearing an adult diaper beneath the plastic pants, you'll probably want one size larger. Get a cheap cloth measuring tape from most any store with sewing supplies and take the guess work out of proper sizing. (If wearing an adult diaper, remember to measure over the top of them for correct sizing to accommodate the additional bulk.)
