Good Luck. **Q: Will this sheath fit the Gerber Moment which has a 3 and 5/8 inch blade?** A: Question do you think it would fit a 4 inch knife with a guard total knife length is 7 in ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars strap too small *by T***G on Reviewed in the United States on November 12, 2016* the reason other reviewers are having problems with this sheath being too small is bc it has a plastic insert inside. the sheath would fit a 4 " blade if you could take out the plastic sheath which might ruin it. i bought it for a Gerber MYTH pro fixed blade which had a 3.75 inch blade which did fit inside and covered the sharp edge completely but still showed some metal 1/4 inch. the description really should say "fits up to 3.5" blade" i would have kept it except for the button strap would not fit around the handle , not even close. its a shame bc the gerber sheath with friction lock and some rubber thingy on top SUCKS! gerber really should go back to basics with their sheaths. with that said i think this one is better quality than the other amazon 5" sheath i bought for a gerber prodigy. which also had a big bulky plastic friction lock and over complicated sheath. that one(5IN) worked ok for prodigy, but it had a velcro strap and it was a little short overall for the handle part. but keeping anyway. velcro will wear out so prefer button clasp. this one is better quality but the strap is too small and really too low on both. will keep looking for better for both knives. smkw has some. in the meantime will someone please make some decent sheaths! put the horizontal strap at the top of the handle. A diagonal strap in the middle, which buttons down on the sheath cover itself is a good idea too. good luck finding one sold separately or with both straps. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars BK14 Perfect Fit *by M***Y on Reviewed in the United States on January 14, 2016* Based on the measurements of other reviews this sheath should have fit my BK14 3" blade perfectly. And it does! This is a simple nylon sheath with decent stitching and a hard plastic insert that will fit blades 3" long 1" wide and seems like up to around 1/4" thick. A rock solid sheath for less than 10 bucks.The bad: The snap closure will wrap around a handle the size of your finger, may be great for narrow handles, but likely not most knives. For the BK14 with TKC handles, you will have to cut the stitches out and sew the snap where the handle tapers near the blade. A simple 10 minute fix and you have a great sheath for the BK14 that sits on he hip properly instead of the belt clip riding the knife so high.Sturdy, quality, cheap.
