Work great
I ordered two to power a pair of Asus tinkerboards from my PoE switch and haven't had any problems so far.

Will not auto negotiate speed with switches
Doesn't automatically work with HP/Aruba 2530 PoE switch. Will not allow auto negotiation to 100mbps. Initially only power delivered to Raspberry Pi 4, and no ethernet. Manual intervention was required in manual switch configuration. Not plug and play. May not work at all with 'dumb' PoE switches.

For when you don't really need gigabit Ethernet in a PoE splitter.
As per the description these connect at 100Mbps and provide 5V via a micro USB socket - ideal for the Pi 3's, for example. There is enough free play in the cables that you can take the splitter body to the rear of the Pi and fix them together with a cable tie if you are trying to keep a clean installation. These adaptors come into their own in temporary applications such as testing, or if you cannot use an internal PoE solution (eg the official Rasberry Pi PoE HAT). They can also be used in a number of other applications where power is usually supplied over a micro USB connector with an Ethernet port close by. Please note that gigabit versions do exist (eg for the Pi 4 that doesn't have the bandwidth resitrictions of the earlier Pis), search for DSLRKIT on Amazon for those.
