Purchased to encourage 7 month old to begin crawling and it was a hit!

I was hoping for this to be smaller. It’s too big for my 7month old baby to use as a rattle, but he does like the toy. Although, his hands are small enough to try to reach inside and has gotten stuck.

Been using this toy for 3 months now and baby enjoys it. It seems decent quality for the price, though the wood dowels are not very smooth. I hope it gets used for many more months. One note, it's pretty heavy and I think works better as a toy to push around, rather than as a rattle.

My granddaughter kept putting her hand between the bars to grab the balls, frustrating herself until she no longer even tried. We put a 2 inch hole in one end and ... WOW ... what a difference! The whole cage still rolls without losing balls, making fun noises. However, she can now reach the balls and take them out. She plays with the balls and then likes to carefully drop them back into the cage. Again and again. She now knows "in," "out," and "ball." This one change took it from least favorite toy to one of her favorites!

Great toy! My 7 month old is crawling and this toy really motivates her to move. The only downfall is that after sanitizing this toy the paint on the balls inside got messed up. I don’t think there’s a sealer on the paint.

Pros - Nice size and weight for little hands.Cons - Seriously rough surfaces/edges and a break straight out of the intact packaging that could have resulted in cuts and/or splinters.
