Good, cheap solution to bicycle paddle shifter arthritus pain
I bought this to help ease the pain, using the paddle shifters on my bicycle. It definitely helped ease the pain, and will now be a regular piece of my equipment when I bike.

GREAT brace for deQuervain's.....but only for a short time.
I really liked how this stabilized my thumb to minimize pain from deQuervain's tenosynovitis/tendonitis/syndrome, which I have in both thumbs. I had a distinct preference for wearing this brace on the left hand, as it felt awkward on the right. My issues are are severe enough to require surgery, but I had hoped to wear this brace during the post op period after the surgical splint was removed. Unfortunately, the velcro no longer sticks to the brace to secure it at the wrist. The hook part of the velcro is in very good conditiont very good condition, It just no longer grabs on to the outside of the brace. This occurred about 4 weeks into using the brace. Given the nature of orthopedic issues, I would have expected the brace to last a lot longer.

Would definitely buy again
I got this for mommy wrist after I had already bought another brand (Mueller). I didn't like the other brand so I tried this. This is way better. The Velcro actually stays on and doesn't budge except when you want to take it off then it comes off fairly easily. The design is great because it gives you more movement of your other 4 fingers. You only really have to take the wrist Velcro off to slide your hand on/off. I really like this because it means I only have to adjust one Velcro instead of 3 like other models. It is also surprisingly more secure than the other 3 Velcro model I have too. Your thumb doesn't move as much which is important with healing the injury you got this for. And of course it is comfortable! Definitely a must for something you wear all day and/or all night. I have only been wearing it on my left hand because my left is the worse one, but it can be worn on both hands. I do appreciate the engineering that went into this because it also has a small piece of Velcro that attaches at the beginning while you're securing the wrist part which keeps it in place, removing any frustration with putting this on. I've been wearing it for weeks and honestly don't know why I haven't bought another one. (I have mommy wrist in both wrists) I got the small/medium even though I was on the higher end on the measurements and it fits well. The wrist Velcro doesn't go completely over the grippy part, but it's not an issue at all. It seems like the small/medium is more women sized and large size is for men. But I'd recommend measuring yourself just to be sure.

So great!
I was buying this brace to replace one I had purchased at the drugstore. The one I had before (for comparison information) was too tight around my thumb. It had an adjustable strap, but the elastic underneath it was too tight and caused circulation issues. The elastic was also thick and had ridges so it irritated my skin after only a short time of use. This brace is so much better. The elastic under the adjustable strap is much looser. The fit is completely adjustable. The elastic used is also a very thin, smooth elastic that feels more like a thin satin ribbon. No irritation at all, and no circulation problems. The thumb portion is also much more structured than my old brace. It holds my thumb in the proper position without having to tighten around my thumb excessively. Considering the structure, it is fairly lightweight and comfortable. This is mostly due to the face that it is cut to cover as little of the hand as possible. Another bonus in my book. So far I have only had issues with my right thumb (do to a repetitive motion in a hobby that uses very small, and constant repetitive motions) so I have not needed it for my other hand, but I love that this gove is reversible. If anybody else needs it, or whatever, I don't have to buy a "left handed brace". I wasn't sure if this would make the fit weird, but it doesn't. I'm very glad I took the plunge and tried this brace out. I figured they were all basically the same. I was wrong. This brace has already helped my hand after only a few hours of wear. Normally it's days before I see any improvement and I have a numb thumb because of the circulation problems caused by the other brace. I can not wear any brace while I'm doing my hobby, so it's important that it is beneficial even if I can only wear it at night or for a few hours a day. This one is great!

Didn't work for me
First, I will say the construction is very well done. Good material, sturdy, and adjustable. However, I bought this to support my thumb when knitting and it is actually too stiff for me to be able to enjoy the hobby. Also, the thickness at the bottom of the palm gets in the way of the project. Again, well made but didn't accomplish my objective in the purchase.

Pretty good
This was pretty good. After 4 to 6 weeks, it's wearing out. But more comfortable than the $25 or $30 giant long split the urgent care old me. Price was good. Wish It would last a bit longer. The copper is a great idea.

Great deal, great support!
I purchased this as an alternative to the $80 splint my physio wanted to sell me. I tore a muscle in my thumb due to a bad fall, so badly needed the stabilization this provided. The material was comfortable and soft against my skin. Velcro straps were strong and stayed in place. Only issue was it was warm when worn in the summer heat, so had to take off a couple times. But highly recommend if you don't have coverage for a physio splint.

Effective and relieving
The THX4COPPER Reversible Thumb Wrist Stabilizer Compression Splint has been a game-changer for my BlackBerry Thumb condition. This splint provides excellent support and compression to alleviate the pain and discomfort associated with repetitive thumb strain. The reversible design allows for use on either hand, offering versatility and convenience. The adjustable straps ensure a snug and secure fit, providing stability and immobilization to the affected area. I appreciate the use of copper-infused fabric, as it not only offers therapeutic benefits but also helps regulate moisture and odor, keeping my hand feeling fresh throughout the day. The splint is comfortable to wear and does not restrict my finger movement, allowing me to perform daily activities with ease while still providing the necessary support. While the THX4COPPER Thumb Wrist Stabilizer is effective in providing relief for BlackBerry Thumb, there are a few minor drawbacks worth mentioning. Firstly, the sizing can be a bit tricky. I recommend carefully measuring your hand and referring to the size chart provided to ensure the right fit, as an improper fit may affect the effectiveness of the splint. Additionally, the splint can feel a bit bulky, especially when worn under tight-fitting clothing. It may take some time to adjust and find a comfortable position, especially during extended periods of use. Lastly, the splint is not suitable for water activities, as the fabric may lose its compression and effectiveness when wet. In summary, the THX4COPPER Reversible Thumb Wrist Stabilizer Compression Splint provides effective support and compression for BlackBerry Thumb, offering relief from pain and discomfort. Its reversible design, adjustable straps, and copper-infused fabric enhance its versatility and therapeutic benefits. While the sizing can be a challenge and the splint may feel bulky, the overall effectiveness and comfort make it a worthwhile investment. If you're dealing with BlackBerry Thumb, this splint can be a valuable tool in your recovery, earning a solid four-star rating from me.

Good product
I have trouble with pain in my thumb and needed something to support it and still be able to move my right hand. It only comes in one size but it was fine for me even though I have small hands. It is adjustable. It looks cheap when you open the package but it is soft where it needs to be and rigid where it must be. I use it at night and I am able to sleep with it on. Most of the pain is gone but I know it will return and I am now well equipped to deal with that. It is good product..
