A: I've had mine two months now. The bag doesn't seal again. It's not in the refrigerator. It's still rather fresh tasting and looking.

A: I use it to make cashew bread that called for 1 1/2 whole raw cashews ground in a blender. By measuring this amount after it was ground, I found that 2C of the Nature's Eats cashew flour was the equivalent to 1 1/2 nuts. I hope that this gives you an idea. You could also get in touch with Nature's Eats to ask. I found that this flour worked very well for my recipe and saved some steps and money.
