Inexpensive Crankset
I was a little weary of buying this crankset - someone had mentioned that it was bent upon receiving or bent shortly after purchase.I've put about 100 miles on it so far and its holding up really well. No problems on my single speed mountain bike commuter. Def worth the investment if you're not using it for anything crazy. Saving $$ is nice.

Definitely this product is best quality at an affordable price
Definitely this product is best quality at an affordable price. In the comments that I read before ordering I noticed some people had issues with the left arm. My advice is when installing the pedals make sure to screw at least 2/3 of the threads by hand. If you need a wrench for getting it in it is crooked and it will spoil the threading. I highly reccomend this crank-set..

Great for the money! Low cost way to convert that old ten speed to a single speed.
You always get what you pay for, but I am very happy with this crank set. The chainring face looks a little more solid than shown in the photo, but for $20 I can't complain. Also, the chainring is one piece (it doesn't attach to the crank arm with five little bolts like you normally see). I think the machining on the left crank arm socket is a little out of whack because it won't go as far on to the left square taper bolt on the bottom bracket as the my previous crank set. If you get the nut tight, then you shouldn't have any problems. You're not getting a Campy crank set, but for the money this is a great way to make that old ten speed into a single speed or fixed gear. I also bought a 16t freewheel.

Kinda expensive
Very nice, polished, square taper crankset, there's alot of similar sets for cheaper tho, shop around

Right product bad packaging
Itโs what I want but in the future the seller needs to improve their packaging.

Strong and durable crankset.
Unlike the last single-speed crankset I bought, which happened to be about six times the price, the teeth on this guy are all perfectly straight, and have stayed that way for many rides in many conditions on many terrains. I got this because my old crankset (three chainrings, not one) got bent after a nasty hit from a street sweeper. This one has been great. The 44T design should be perfect for most riders, and the 170mm is standard as far as cranksets go. The threading is strong; upon first installation, I threaded it in and back out a few times to make sure the threading was perfect and it passed the test. I did the same thing with pedals on both arms, and it stood up to that test too.

cheap crankset gets job done with no frills
The crankset works fine. When I was installing it, my son knocked the chainring side off the bottom bracket onto the ground. Just falling that foot and a half bent the chain ring. I was able to bend it back, but was surprised at the lack of toughness. I guess for the price, what was I expecting?Installed, the crankset works fine. Was able to install without any trouble and it is staying tight.

seem great
I was a little worried going to these shorter arms for my 29'er, but after reading what Sheldon Brown and others said it seemed like it wouldn't be a problem, and I don't think it is. As they said you get used to it rather quickly. Actually if you are a hard masher like me it may be easier on your knees having shorter pedals. 32 and 20 seems to be the right SS gear for moderate hills on my 29. For a 26 I think 32 and 18 was better. For easy hills you could loose a couple of teeth in the back
