I eat 2 to 3 a day. I have had no bad reactions. I don’t dread throwing in my mouth. They are very slightly bitter but nothing to complain about. I take for health benefit and hope it helps my tumor in brain not grow. Fresh tasting and size varies from medium to smaller medium.

Update: I eat 3 with a square of dark chocolate from Aldi every day and they're actually kinda good with the dark chocolate. Hint of cherry flavor too. They've not bothered my stomach or anything. I've been eating them a couple weeks or so now.I'm giving the 4 star because, well, I just don't know yet as I just received them yesterday. I bought them knowing they were bitter and I realize that's what you want...but hooo weeee was that first one a shocker!!! At first I was like, they were right, it does have a cherry flavor then all the sudden POW! I will continue eating them but just know they really are bitter. That's not a complaint...just a warning. The next ones I ate with a bite of chocolate but I intend to get some dark chocolate kisses or something to help out.

OmG so I've read about the health benefits with these seeds but limit them to like 5-10. So hard to do! I Love them! I stop at like 12-15 as I'm not that familiar with their benefits or harm. Love them though. Wish i could eat more.

These are real apricot seeds, they are extremely bitter and is exactly what I need and been looking for. So yes these are wonderful.......if you know, you know.....

The first time they had a wonderful marzipan smell which relates to the amount of amygdalin. But this order they were in different packaging, they are harder and have little marzipan smell. It says I can't return it.
