Strappal Zinc Oxide Tape

The image implies that this product is wider than it is, what I received was about half the width and no use for ankle strapping, for fingers at best! Contacted the seller twice with no response - disappointing service and misleading product image.

Bought this for last year walk of West Highland Way, Scotland, and made further purchase for this year 190 mile Coast to Coast, England. I had purchased WONDERFULLY COMFORTABLE New boots this year and no blisters till one on inside right upper heel, deep in thick skin, on day 6. Shortly after blister developed, we stopped to apply a make-up remover soft pad with Strappal over it and thus for the remaining 9 days. The tape kept pad in place perfectly and wore well and certainly prevented the blister from worsening.One down side...... Remove the tape before showering as the sticky will adhere to shower base.Also on occasions (when damp/wet feet, rain/wet paths), the sticky would come through tape and stick to good 2XU compression socks.The sticky has largely washed from socks once put through washing machine and I am sure any small remnants will come off in next wash.Daughter's idea of using the make-up remover cotton pads as a soft large cover over blisters was excellent.Good tape, stays on.

Wore it for a few days on a tendon strain and it did prevent me from moving my wrists in a way that would affect the injury, but peels off quick when wet/sweaty.Then I took it off and not long afterwards the lines on my arms where the tape was placed came up in a furious rash. That was 3 days ago and the first image was taken late last night. Having to change to kinesiology tape for a bit (which still irritates my skin but no where near as bad as this tape)Edit multiple weeks after last using it: I have marks from the rashes left on my arms

It leaves a sticky white goo behind wvery time

I used this product for climbing because I kept getting skin flapping off. It does exactly what I need and at the price it is I'll probably continue to buy it.The only real issue is that when in contact with water it seems to go sticky and weird. It still works but, it leaves an annoying grey residue on my hands which is difficult to get off (I usually leave it to fall off, but I've found scrubbing it with ex-foliating micro-bead cream works pretty well for a quick and easy solution.) Also, I left this in my pocket next to my phone, and it left this sticky stuff on it which was impossible to remove - luckily I have a screen protector which I just replaced.

Good cheap tape. Using it in bjj, doesn't seem to come off during rolls. Easy to tear off both vertically and diagonally
