I just received these this morning and I already know they've solved my problem. My ears are on the small side and I have a very hard time finding any earbuds that will stay in my ears. AirPods Gen 1, 2, & 3 stay in better than any others I've found including Beats, but they don't offer the sound quality of the Pros. My ears push the Pros out within a few minutes even if I'm sitting perfectly still. The sound is so great from the Pros compared to all others that I became determined to keep them and find a way to make them stay in. After reading a lot of reviews, I chose these hooks and I'm so glad I did. The package contains 2 pair of "small" and 2 pair of "large". It's really hard to tell the difference and it appears to be just a slightly longer hook on the large. I put one of the small on one AirPod and the instant I put it in my ear I knew I had found what I've been seeking. These are super comfortable. The only reason I know it's there is because my AirPod is staying in my ear. I can shake my head, bend over, talk, laugh, move around and my AirPods aren't budging at all. Hallelujah! This has been so frustrating. You do have to remove these from your AirPods before you put them back in the case. However, it is very easy to slip these hooks on and off, yet they don't fall off. Well-designed. If you have nails, just be careful to use your finger tips and not your nails and these shouldn't rip easily. The little carry case is the key to making this simple. It would be great if we could charge without having to remove, but given that these solved my entire problem for less than $20, I can live with it. My only wish is that I could reorder just the small size. But I haven't actually tried the large ones. I might find that there isn't a noticeable difference since the smalls definitely fit me. If you require the large size then you're only going to be able to use 2 of the 4 pair. Even if I can only use the two pair of size small, it was worth the small price I paid. I have never experienced sound quality like I get from my AirPod Pros 2 and now I absolutely love them. Highly recommended!

One of my biggest frustrations with AirPods has always been the ear tips. Keeping them in felt like trying to hold onto a greased pig—they’d pop out at the slightest smile or laugh, even after getting a “good fit” test result. I tried foam tips, but those were even worse. Multi-flange tips were a definite improvement, but I still worried about losing an AirPod.These grip tips, however, have been a fantastic solution. They were a bit snug going on the first time, but after a day they stretched out nicely. They even fit over my multi-flange tips without any issues. I’ve seen some reviews mention discomfort after long use, but I found that rotating the AirPod base slightly away from my face moves the “hook” away from the pressure point—and that completely solved the problem for me. I’ve worn them for hours without any discomfort.Best of all, these grip tips hold my AirPods securely in place, which gives me peace of mind—especially considering how expensive AirPods are! Just a heads-up: they don’t fit in the charging case with the tips on. Some people use a rubber band to keep the lid closed, but I just remove them and store them in the included case when not in use. It’s quick and easy, even over the multi-flange tips.The set comes with 4 pairs, which is a great bonus in case you lose one or they wear out—though I haven’t had that issue yet. Overall, I highly recommend these grip tips if you're tired of your AirPods falling out!

At first I LOVED these. I could finally go for a run or complete a workout without problems, that being said I did feel the need to adjust them now and again out of habit as I was working out and that might be a mistake to touch them after they’re in bc if a drop of sweat gets between the holder and your ear, the airpods start slipping a little bit, but still much better hold than without them at all. And I do like the little case, it’s a little weird—it’s a silicone triangle with a slit? But it works, and it can attach to your AirPods case. BUT that being said I’m glad I waited before I gave a review bc 2 full weeks in, they started HURTING. I’m still going to use them bc I don’t care but yeah I can feel a tiny cut in my left ear. It happened after I started using them more and more, like I like to keep my headphones in and listen to soothing sounds at night bc I live with someone who snores, so if you plan on keeping the holders in for long periods of time, be aware that it might make your ears ache just from the constant tension, especially if you have smaller ears. To be fair, I have been told on multiple unrelated occasions that I have particularly small ears, so I put a picture of my ear for reference.

I literally tried everything I could think of before trying this product. I really love these AirPods Pro 2 so I was willing to try anything to keep them from falling out of my ears. This was the last option and it didn’t disappoint. No matter how much I moved around and sweat they never budge. Don’t make this your last option. Go ahead and make the purchase.

I can’t be the only person who spent a load of money on AirPods to learn that if I’m not seated or walking carefully they have no interest in staying in my ears. After a little digging I found these. They are perfect. I can run, work out or literally anything else without fear of losing or destroying these little things. The only issue/ gripe I have is they cannot fit in the charger with the covers. That’s not a problem with the product just a necessary inconvenience. I still give five stars and highly recommend them to anyone with practical use with their AirPods. Cheers!
