Don’t use in your microwave
Love my plate, I will advise not to use it in the microwave. My hubby used it to heat up some food and destroyed it.

I am getting ready for a major change in my life and portion size is a big part of the changes. The way I was taught to eat was like this " eat everything on your plate. If you get seconds you better not waste it by throwing it in the trash. Put it in the frig. It will be your breakfast in the morning." Now I can use this plate as a learning and teaching tool. I have dropped this plate twice since I got it. There are no chips or cracks in the plate. It looks brand new. If you want your plate to keep on shining hand wash it with a mild dish soap. It really does work.Have a wonderful afternoon!!!

Am loving this plate
I'd gained weight back, so my husband ordered this for me and I've lost 5lbs so far. It had been put on a shelf my short self couldn't see for a while, so I've only used a couple of weeks, but I'm thankful the scale is going down and not continuing to rise.

Divided plate
I liked the divided plate that designates which food goes on to the plate and that everything is organized.
